We understand travel plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work with us.
Cancellation by Customer
- Local & Airport Taxi: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancelling later may attract a small charge.
- Outstation Cabs: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancelling later may attract a partial charge.
- Tour Packages: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip. Cancelling closer to the travel date may attract partial or no refund, since vehicles and drivers are already arranged.
Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to provide a confirmed cab due to unavailability, we will either arrange an alternate vehicle or refund your advance payment in full.
No-Show
If you’re not available at the pickup point without informing us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges may apply.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking instead of cancelling, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Please inform us as early as possible.
